I am an existing BT customer, I tried to get their online best deal (16 per month)but it is only for new customers. Does anyone know what is the best phone and broadband deal I can get from BT as an existing customer.
Thanks:)
Thanks:)

The best offer is the one you get when you ask for your MAC and are put through to retentions.
You'll never get the best offer without demonstrating your intention to leave. The first tier CS drones do not have the authority to give the decent discounts. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
Hi we are with BT for phone and broadband and were paying over £39 per month for both (£22.50 bb & £17 phone), we are in a bad area for broadband so can never get cheap deals. I asked them for a MAC code so we can switch to a cheaper supplier and they immediately offered to cut the broadband to £10.50 per month! Amazing what they can suddenly pull out of the bag! I am going to barter with them to reduce the line rental too or as them to throw in free calls etc!0

Thanks to both for your advice. I rang BT to find a new deal and they say I cant do anything until next month. It seems the reason my bill has shot up is that the prepaid line rental element was for 12 months and has ended, but the contract was for 18 months. They told me I have another 4 months to go at this price, but can call them in a month to see what 12 month deals they have. I'm not sure what to do now0
