house has 2 kitchens, costs to remove one?

what would be the likely cost to remove 1 kitchen if a house had 2? would this also mean, by removing it, that it would not qualify for 2 council tax bills?

Just curious as to why it has 2 kitchens! Is it 2 houses now knocked into 1?

Pretty sure that it would be classed as one house if only had 1 kitchen, so 1 CT bill.

it has a separate apartment with a kitchen, bathroom etc, so im wondering whether if we took that out we could get it to 1 council tax u see lol
