i bought flights on BA website in 2004 and when on payment screen it crashed so i did it again and the same thing happened i rang BA who said they could see no error and wouldnt refund it and my creditcard company wouldnt stop the payment. a couple of years ago i saw in a local newspaper that it had been proved that there was a problem with the site and that people had got money back. i no longer have the same credit card and just wondered if i should claim back my £1000 OF UNUSED flights and how to go about it?
