    Hi missy,

Lovely to see you back ... not that I've been around much myself lately.

How is Roo? Glad he liked the carrot (ish!). Sadie pops really didn't take to purees then was poolie and then discovered her appetite but loves 'proper' food. I started back at work last week so she's now at nursery and eats like a horse! He'll get there... and hopefully it will help with his sleeping though it hasn't Sadie who still wakes between 2 and 5 times a nigth really grumbly.

Good luck with work decisions. As I said I've been back a week and am desperate for payday but then in equal measures am dreading nursery fees going out. We'd discussed when to consider potential baby number 2 but work/ finances would be a huge part of that decision!

As for cupcakes we were at a craft fair on Saturday and the cupcake lady sold out! :D

Hope you've dried off! Have a good night. x

hey loumac, whats it like being back at school?

Thanks for the words of support, I know he will get there with his eating it is just such a nightmare at the moment. I tried giving him peas and sweet potatoe, both were a complete nightmare due to the fact that the peas were too lumpy and really needed sieving so he kept gagging on them, and he was too tired to eat the sweet potatoe but he did try bless him. I have got some fantastic pictures of him with peas all over his face, including all over his eyebrows bless him!

lovely to hear from you, how's life generally?

    Hi,

I know how frustrating the food thing is, Poppy didn't really enjoy food for ages. She was ok with finger foods but wouldn't eat a lot. Last couple of months she won't stop eating and like Loumac's LO eats like a horse at nursery.

Personally i would struggle loads to feed 3 on £25 a week but sounds ike a chalenge. Are you including things like washing powder etc in that budget? I really need to reigh in my grocery spending as seems like most of my money is spent on that.

They're the best photos! I found some this week of me with jam all over my face at about 9 months and my mum was able to tell me loads about it, started a really nice chat. :D

Being back at school is strange but as I've gone back part way through the year I don't have my own class which is much less pressure and I'm really enjoying the role. I get to cover all the classes so this week have taught year 6 and reception in one day. Variety is the spice of life!

Obviously I miss Sadie but I can already see how much being at nursery is helping her development and she gets so much from it so I try not to feel guilty. She's poorly again at the moment though with yet another stomach bug so it's not a happy household! We were supposed to be at a wedding today ... oh well. Lol!

well ive been staying at my dads for the past couple of days, I do get lonely on my own with OH away. Roo has been a nightmare staying there, he was awake every hour and a half both nights we were there!!!

In other news, I have a dreaded party coming up at the end of June, which I am hugely dreading, its a bit like a school reunion.... I really really do not want to go but I have to :( so OH has said he will buy me a dress, (from ebay so not breaking the bank) I've seen a gorgeous one and I'm going to get it, but in a size smaller. This will give me one hell of an incentive to lose the extra baby weight I'm carrying!! The dress is gorgoeus, just trying to find a link.

Ooh that's really nice!! And a bargain too, well done!

Risky decision buying a smaller size. Lol! Sadie's christening is in 6 weeks and I need to lose some weight for that but am just avoiding buying anything to wear yet.
