Reclaim money paid via standing order to a debt recovery company...

1 Post
Hi,
Can anyone please help with this problem?
I agreed a standing order to repay a debt with Kennedys debt recovery agency about 2007. I have now realised that the debt has long since been repaid and I have made significant overpayments. The company is listed as in liquidation (on company check website) and this seems to have happened quite some time ago - 2007/2008.
1. Can I somehow reclaim the standing order money?
2. Who would have control of a companys bank account during the liquidation process? And could this process still be in progress? How can I find the company / person neccesary?
I have made quite a few internet inquries to no avail.
Very grateful for any help.
