hi.
I wonder if someone can help me , I'm having problems with the co-op bank.
I have forgot my security details , now when I phone up co - op bank they will not talk to me as I forgotten my security details. I have bin trying to ask them what kind of ID I need to bring into branch. I have call them to ask this , but still they will not tell me what kind of ID I need to take with me into branch, as I don;t have a driving licence or a passport, can someone please tell me what other kind of ID I need to take with me to branch . if you can help that would be fab. (sorry if this is the wrong place to post this , as I was confused to know where to put this post . so sorry if this is not the place to post this)
