Dialaphone redemptions

I was just wondering if anybody have had an experience with dialaphone money redemption. As you know it is not paid straight back into your account. It is debited to the phone provider and if we cancel the contract at 11 months with money claimed at the end of 12th month. Will the pnone provider debit that money in in your bank account as effectively it the money of the person with the contract.

I have had 3 cash redemptions from Dialaphone, ALL were made into my account that my monthly payments were being taken from.
They were NOT credited to my T-mobile account.

They have different arrangements depending on which network you have.

I am with O2 and I have had a couple of redemptions from Dialaphone that have been paid into my bank account quicker than I expected.

Many thaks for the information. I am with vodaphone and the have been putting the redemption money into singlepoint's account rather than mine and singlepoint shows that as credit on the next bill. Do you think that after I had finhed my contract Singlepoint will refund me the money into my account.

There's much debate on this but singlepoint are the most likely candidates for this as they give reverse DD rebates, worked for me!
