Hello,
I would like to move some pounds to euroland, but while the current exchange rate is around 1.2 my bank propose 1.173, should I go anyway?

This is the mid-market rate (currently 1,19951 on xe.com).
There is always a difference between 'buying' and 'selling' (check at your local Bureau de Change). Your bank's rate, some 2% below mid-market looks pretty good (unless you want to exchange millions).0 -
on 10k they are 200 euros, it is not a tragedy but...anyway if you say it is a good deal I will do it anyway.0
