• 1. This competition is open to all residents of the UK, excluding employees and agencies of Feel Good Drinks, Warner Brothers and Redskin Marketing.
• 2. Competition entrants should enter through the Feel Good Drinks website at https://www.feelgooddrinks.co.uk.
• 3. If you don't have access to the web, you can send us your name, address, telephone number and email address (if you have one) on a postcard to the following address: The Feel Good Drinks Company, 5-8 Hardwick St, London, EC1R 4RG, including written consent of your parent or guardian if you are under the age of 16.
• 4. The competition will run from 28th November 2011 (the "Start Date") until 30th April 2012.

• 5. Before you complete your entry to the competition, we will ask you to confirm your age. If you are under 16 years of age, we will ask you to confirm your parent or guardian's consent to enter the competition, and we will ask your parent or guardian directly for their consent.
• 6. If you provide your age inaccurately, or do not obtain the consent of your parent or guardian as requested you will not be permitted to take part in the competition.
• 7. We reserve the right to verify the details provided by entrants and to contact any parent or guardian whose details have been provided for these purposes.

• 8. The competition is a free prize draw mechanic.
• 9. The closing date for prize draw entries is the 30th April 2012. Entries made after this date are invalid.
• 10. The star prize winner will be picked at random by an independent judge from the correct entries submitted before the 1st May 2012.
• 11. Two attempts to contact the winner will be made after which a new winner will be drawn. Up to two winners will be contacted before the prize is forsaken. Winners must respond to the promoter within 14 days of being contacted. Winners that respond after that period will not be eligible for the prize if a second winner has been contacted.

• 12. There are 30 Happy Feet Goody Bags each comprising a t-shirt, photo dome keychain and tote bag.
• 13. Runners up will be picked at random by an independent judge from all entries submitted, as follows:
  - Draw 1: 10 winners drawn on 30th January 2012
  - Draw 2: 10 winners drawn on 5th March 2012
  - Draw 3: 10 winners drawn on 2nd April 2012
  - All runners up will still be eligible to win the holiday prize, however entrants can only be drawn for a runner-up prize once.

• 14 The star prize is a 4 night trip for 4 - (2 adults and 2 children under 12) to Los Angeles, including a VIP tour of the incredible Warner Bros. Studio.
• 15. Accommodation is a 4* hotel and is based on 4 persons sharing one room.
• 16. At least 1 person travelling must be 21 or over - If the winner is under 18 then one guest must be his/her parent or guardian.
• 17. Minimum age for Warner Bros tour is 8 years old. Children under the age of 8 can go on the holiday, but they will be unable to go on the Warner Bros. tour.
• 18. Meals and drinks are not included in the prize.
• 19. The holiday MUST be taken in July or August 2012 and is subject to availability.
• 20. Flights are from London Heathrow / Gatwick only, subject to availability.
• 21. In the USA, self drive car hire will be provided - insurance is included. If winners do not wish to rent a car, transfers can be arranged instead.
• 22. If car hire is required, the driver must be 21 or over with a clean driving license.
• 23. The hotel and car hire company will require credit card imprint.
• 24. The holiday is non-transferable and the booking is not changeable, it is subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to change the prize for one of equal or greater value. There is no cash alternative.
• 25. Travel exclusion dates include all UK and USA national holidays.
• 26. The holiday is subject to the airline carrier and hotel's usual conditions of booking.
• 27. No special arrangements, additional to the carriers' usual terms, will be made for travellers with special travel requirements.
• 28. Any winner and his/her proposed guests will be required to sign a prize acceptance and release form in order to win and/or participate in the prize.
• 29. The winners must be UK residents with valid passports with minimum 6 months validity and have no restrictions on travel to the USA. Winners are responsible for passports and visas/permissions if applicable. Winners must register on line with USA ESTA system - https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta
• 30. Travel insurance is included.
• 31. By entering you accept to abide by these terms and conditions.

• 32. Each entrant hereby agrees that Feel Good Drinks is entitled to use its personal data (to the extent collected during competition entry) for the purposes of operating and administrating the competition and for the purposes set out in clause 33 below.
• 33. All winners agree that Feel Good Drinks may use and publicly display their first name and age on the website. We will not post personal data (as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998) in relation to entrants who are under the age of 16 on the website or anywhere else, without the permission of that entrant's parent or guardian. In the event of permission being granted, Feel Good Drinks may use, in any and all media, your name, approved photographs and/or recordings, any statement made by you, without payment or further consent. Feel Good Drinks may also require you to take part in such publicity without payment or further consent and such publicity will be owned by Feel Good Drinks forever.

• 34. In submitting his or her details, has accurately represented his age and location;
• 35. Has not falsely represented that he or she has provided his parent or guardian's consent; and
• 36. Has not provided any information with respect to his parent or guardian without their express consent.

• 37. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the promotion if it is felt that it is being fraudulently tampered with or abused.
• 38. Names and counties of the winners will be available by sending a SAE marked Happy Feet 2 WINNERS to the promoter at the address below before the 15th May 2012.
• 39. Any dispute or complaint concerning the competition should be made in written form and addressed to The Promoter, Feel Good Drinks, 5-8 Hardwick Street, London EC1R 4RG
• 40. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute to them shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales.

Feel Good Drinks

To celebrate the release of Happy Feet Two in cinemas, we're giving you the chance to win a family trip to Los Angeles and a tour of the world-famous Warner Bros. Studios in California, U.S.A.!



There’s plenty to sing and dance about in LA. Try the shopping at the Beverly Centre, The Grove or upscale Rodeo Drive. Watch the sun set over Santa Monica beach or the stars come out in Beverly Hills. Either way, remember, every step counts!
