Cost of wooden patio door

Has anyone ever had wooden patio doors installed?

The current door is beginning to rot - it is about 6 foot wide - and in two parts - one which slides past the other. It is to be double glazed.

Above the door - are small windows - same width - and about 8 inches in height.

Anyone have any idea of a rough cost of getting replaced?

We have just had a 2.4 m wide by 2.1 m high one put in, it is a hardwood one. It cost just under £1000 to purchase . No idea on the fitting charge as it is part of an extension we are doing. You would need to get the little windows specially made.
