I received the following PM today from a new poster. As requested I am assisting by placing his concerns, and associated links, on the forum.
I have no personal involvement, and no personal knowledge, so start this thread with no added personal comment.
I recently found your comment made last year on the following forum thread about Collins and Bone: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/...php?p=30374009
Unfortunately, I did not see this last year and both I and my daughter invested with Collins & Bone. Now they are in a state of insolvency and it is very hard to find out what is actually happening. We cannot get them to be clear about their accounts or where the money has actually gone (they claim they owe £2 million to investors, though we don't know if that is true either). We feel we have no alternative but to put what we know about it on the web to see if we can attract the attention of other investors in the same position. I thought you might be interested to see the website. www.collinsandboneinvestors.net.
I also want to post the website link on these forums, so that others are aware of the situation and to see if anyone in forums have had similar experiences with Collins and Bone. Being new to the forums, I don't know the best way to go about it and wonder whether you, as a regular poster, might advise.
Many thanks!

Thank you for posting this message! As a result, two Collins and Bone investors have contacted us. If any other investors see this, we would be interested to hear from them.
There is a dedicated Blog (collins-bone-investors.blogspot.com) which is continually compiling useful information.
