Why do many people on here seem to think that rising house prices are good?

It's so true! I feel richer now since I gave up work than I did when I was working, even though at the beginning we brought in 1100 net less each month. We've just become so much more careful that each of my husband's payrises seemed like a fortune to us. The richness is really associated with life quality as well as money.Stercus accidit0
