Hi all,
just a quick question, had virgin XL tv & B/Band installed @ the weekend. I have no issues @ present re the packages just the customer service that i have experienced from virgin.
In the initial call to virgin i was promised an 12 month contract & 2 tivo boxes. I have been given a 18 month contract & 1 tivo box & 1 Vhd box.
I have already put in 2 complaints via there website but i have not had any response yet. Just wanted to know where i stand on requesting a log or recording of the initial call so that i can confirm what i was promised. I spoke to a customer service guy this evening who said that i would have to wait for complaints to get back to me, but that i would not be given a recording of the call. Complaints would listen to the recording & verify what was said.
Is that correct? Thanks in advance

To motivate them and focus their attention just phone and write to cancel the lot, if you leave it too long you will be stuck with it.
depending on the storage method of the call you probably have legal access through the data protection act.0 -
Hi Kurtis
thank you so much for your response, it worked a treat.
They said that only some of the calls are recorded, but wanted to see if they could sort out my complaint now.
2nd tivo box now being delivered on 21st:T & further £10 off my monthly bill if i stay on the 18month contract.:j Result as far as i am concerned. The words cancel all my services certainly focused attention! Thank you very much.0 -
