Yes, but only if the education was non-advanced. University education is classed as advanced.

A CHILD at 20!! If he was away at uni why was you getting the money anyway?!
Bizarrely enough you qualify for Child Benefit in Germany until the "child" is 25 if they are in education (including university). And it's worth way more than ours. And university is often free (depending on the state).0
