A ppi claim company phoned my father who is in his mid 70's, deducted £249.99 from his credit card, which they said they would only do once they find out he has a claim by completing some of the forms they send him. However, this Welcome Pack highlighted that £249.99 had already been deducted. He decided to not pursue this and asked for the refund of his money. The Welcome Pack states that you can change your mind within 30 days. This happened at the beginning of September 2011, and its now December. Everytime I speak to them on his behalf, they promise a refund is being issued. I have letters from them stating a refund will be issued and yet nothing. I have today contacted their regulatory body. What else can i do?

thanks :-)
