Can I claim PPI after bankruptcy

I went bankrupt after wrongly sold PPI. I was discharged nearly 3 years ago and wonder if I'm entitled to make a claim. Anyone?

You can complain but the bank can use the redress against any debt that was written off against them (but not others). So, if you owed them money at the point of bankruptcy then you need to decide if its worth it. If the PPI paid was less than the debt owing then dont waste your time.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
