  • The phone will be locked to Orange... I don't know about unlocking it someone on here will know... I'd burn the airtime on orange first then decide. GiffGaff is not all its cracked up to be, I don't think it supports BBM?

    Will be supporting BBM from this month apparently.:cool:

    I'm not very techie so need help on this! My OH wants a Blackberry but on Tesco sim, This is by far the cheapest I have found but don't want orange. How do you get it unlocked? What does it cost?

    Sorry I meant the 9300 which is £169 at Asda and £129 Phones4u, I've toyed with the idea of getting my daughter an 8520 but only 2G and no GPS are really poor specs, so gonna go for the 9300

    As far as I'm aware you go into Phones4U with an old phone/payg sim and you get the deal

    Hi I got this deal from Asda last week. I took the phone to a small mobile repair type shop at a shopping centre near me and they unlocked it to any network for £8 and it only took a few minutes to unlock. HTH
