Warning Talk Talk cheap calls, poor service

This is to warn anybody considering signing up for talk talk, below is our experience to date.

We signed up for Talk Talk in August last year, no internet service was available until last October, since recieving broadband the service has been intermitent and slow, apparantly this is due to the distance we live from the exchange, the good thing is our neighbours have wireless connection.

As for the phone line ours has had a fault for over 3 weeks, we have reported it countless times, so much so we are on first name terms with the staff at the call centre in South Africa, yet cant recieve faxes from England due to the fact our fax machine is confused by our phone lines constant ring.

We were told engineers would be contacting us but they never, today we have been informed the engineers were never instructed, despite being told they had on 4 previous occasions.

Moral seems to be Talk Talk have tried to run before they can walk,full of promises they fail to deliver.

If any other established providers are reading this and would like to offer us combined internet and phone service free of charge for a year well gladly say weve come back................so BT if your watching, Talk Talk if you are please fix our line!!!! :mad:
