Buyer not paid postage - help

Sold an item and buyer only paid after dispute opened. Checked paypal payment (after parcelling and marking as dispatched) and they havent paid postage.
Not sure how they managed this but no response to messages I have sent.
Have now marked as not dispatched.

What else can I do now?

I read a post on here recently where its something to do with people logging on to ebay with their phones and paying that way. When they go to pay it shows the cheapest option first (somthing to do with the app i think) and buyers are unaware of this until contacted, either that your buyer was just chancing it and hoping you would not notice.

Did you have a Collection in person option?
When you send an invoice they change the invoice from the postage charge to free collection and hope you don't notice and get free delivery.
Happened to me recently, I now don't offer the collection option.

Return their payment and send them a fresh invoice with a notelet in the invoice message. I always quote postal costs in anything I sell on there. And if using free post option, I include costs in list price. It just looks free but is not!
If they still refuse to pay escalate to non paying after the correct period.
About all that can be done.
