in Credit cards
Hi,
Hopefully, I’ve posted in the correct forum.
Having been sold PPI cover for my credit card ,over the telephone, 10 years ago by MBNA, there was no follow policy etc. I was wondering following the recent ruling whether it was possible to make a similar claim against them for misselling as say endowments?
Although now far more savvy, I have shamefully misused my credit card for many years; would any potential claim solely be in respect of the premium paid or include any associated interest accrued on the card against said payments, where minimum payments were below interest plus insurance?
Many thanks for your views.

at the top of the list you see 'New Thread'... its the same level as the list of page numbers
just click on it0 -
Because this was sold 10 years ago this is not regulated by FSA which came into affect in Jan 05
, so I would not think so0
