EGG Credit agreement rejection!

Hi All,

I had an EGG account a few years ago which I paid in full and in turn closed soon after.

I opened it on-line and believe I may of been paying PPI, to confirm this I sent a letter to then using the template from this site along the £1.

EGG have replied today stating that becuase my account is now closed they are under no obligation to send me my agreement.

Please advise on the next step I should take?

    You sent the wrong letter. You used the method for debts that are still in force. Not those repaid/closed.

    You need the £10 subject access request method.
