If you are selling a item on E-bay and start the sale at 99p for 7days, after 6 days only 1 person has bid on the item for £1.20 and it doe'snt look like you are going to get any more bids can you stop the sale at anytime without being charged for doing this..
Can you get bad feedbacks off the only one who's bid ...

Whether you can or not, you shouldn't. If you're not happy to sell it so cheaply, don't list it so cheaplyIt may sometimes seem like I can't spell, I can, I just can't type0

Firstly if you only have one bid then it can only be for the start price of 99p.
If you cancel a sale then you still pay the listing fees- although if you are a private seller a 99p listing won't have cost you anything anyway, however you will have to pull any bids first and whislt that buyer cannot then leave you feedback as the transaction is cancelled they tend to get a bit annoyed and you might well have to block them from bidding on anything else you list to avoid poor stars on a future sale.
Lastly, if you don't want an item to sell at 99p then don't start it at that price, start it at th eminimum you will accept. There are so many free listing weekends at the moment (we are currently part way through a free listing w/e) that you might as well just list on them . Also most bidders don't bid until the last hour or so anyway- so pulling an auciton might mean you miss all thos elovely bids.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
