5. By entering, the winners agree to participate in any publicity or promotional activities as may be reasonably required by the Promoter. Further the Promoter reserves the right to use the names of winners in any publicity.
6. There is one prize based on two people travelling together that consists of return flights from London to Cape Town and return airport transfers, 3-nights accommodation in a centrally located boutique hotel, an adrenaline-fuelled shark cage-diving experience in Shark Alley, £300 spending money. No cash alternative is available; prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. At least one of the travelling party must be 18 years of age or older. If you (as the winner) are under the age of 18 years old, you must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 years of age or older. Additionally, guests below the age of 16 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Terms and Conditions of the carriers apply.

10. The prize will be awarded to the first entry drawn at random from all valid entrants. The decision of the judge will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Entries that are incomplete or late or those not in accordance with all the entry instructions are invalid. All submitted entries are the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
12. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
13. By entering the free prize draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller (as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998) for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
