Unpaid Item Assistant question

On the 16th i sold an item, after 4 days the Unpaid Item Assistant kicked in and opened a case againt them, today they contacted me with an apology and asking if i would wait till friday for payment.
Im happy to do that but the Unpaid Item Assistant tells me that if they dont pay by Thursday i will get a final value fee credit and the item will automatically be relisted.

How do I stop this happening without closing the case, just in case she does not pay.

Turning it off

If a case has already opened, you can still turn off Unpaid Item Assistant to prevent the case from closing automatically.

To turn off Unpaid Item Assistant for an open case:
Go to the Resolution Centre click the Sign in link in the Your Cases section, and then sign in.
Find the item in the list of cases.
Click the Take action link and select Turn off Unpaid Item Assistant from the drop-down menu.
