Method & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 09012 93 33 33 and follow instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 83336 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 83336 by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.

· Red Button – Sky and Virgin Media viewers press the red button on their remote control; up to 6 entries per phone number. Each red button entry costs no more than £1.03.

Giftcards

Argosgiftcards to spend in-store worth £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) (the ‘giftcards’). The value of any monetary balance of the giftcards may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative prize. The giftcards are subject to additional terms and conditions and restrictions including but not limited to the following:

· The giftcards may be used for in-store purchases at participating Argos stores within the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands. Please note that the giftcards cannot be redeemed in the Republic of Ireland.

· The full value of the giftcard does not have to be spent in one store visit.

· The giftcardscannot be used online.

· The giftcards may be used to make in-store purchases in full or in part payment.

· The giftcards are valid until 30 November 2014.

· The giftcards cannot be used to purchase other giftcards or vouchers.

· The value of any monetary balance of the giftcards may not be refunded and/or exchanged for cash or cash equivalent. No change will be given.

· It is the responsibility of the winner to pay for the value of any item which exceeds the value of the giftcards.

· The giftcards cannot be redeemed or re-issued after expiry of the validity period as indicated.

· The giftcards cannot be used retrospectively, i.e. they cannot be applied to any purchases already made.

· The issuer of the giftcards is responsible for the redemption of the giftcards only, and the giftcards cannot be presented for purchases other than to the issuer of the giftcards.
