2.2 Prize Draws are not open to employees or agents of lastminute.com or any of its affiliated companies, or any other person connected with the management or provision of the Prize Draws.
2.3 By ‘liking’ lastminute.com on Facebook, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3.1 Entry to each Prize Draw can only be made on https://www.facebook.com/lastminute.com through following the instructions on the application ‘Top Secret Top 10’. After having completed the application process, entries will be entered into the Prize Draw.
4. Rejection of Entries
4.1 lastminute.com shall be entitled to discard any entry that is in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
4.2 No responsibility is accepted by lastminute.com for any incomplete, late or inaccurate entries, or any technical issues beyond its control.
4.3 lastminute.com reserves the right to re-allocate a prize to the next entry drawn if they believe the deemed winning entry has won unfairly. This process may be repeated, as necessary, until a valid winner is found.
4.4 All entries will be subject to moderation and lastminute.com reserves the right to reject entries (or remove any reference to such entry from any form of publication whether electronic or otherwise) deemed, in lastminute.com’s sole discretion, to be inappropriate.
5. Time to Enter
5.1 The Prize Draw will start on 18th November and finish 30th November 2011 (Prize Draw Period). There will be one daily Prize Draw during the Prize Draw Period. Entry to the Prize Draw will be from 0001hrs until 2400hrs the day before the Prizes are drawn. Each Prize Draw will take place daily at 12pm. The first Prize Draw will take place 12pm 19th November and the last on 1st December. Promotional details are listed below. In the event that lastminute.com amends any of these dates, entrants and potential entrants in the Prize Draw will be notified of this on the lastminute.com Facebook page.
6. Selection of Winners & Prizes
6.1 There are two types of prizes, as follows (Prizes):
Prize 1: ‘2 nights in a Top Secret Hotel for 4 people’
This prize is for the winner and 3 of their randomly selected friends. There are 13 of these prizes to be won in total. The winner has the choice from the following cities:
London
Bristol
Cardiff
Birmingham
Manchester
Liverpool
Newcastle
Edinburgh
Glasgow
Belfast
Dublin
Brighton
Leeds
York
The prize is based on 2 people sharing a room and staying 2 consecutive nights in a Top Secret Hotel provided by lastminute.com. lastminute.com will take no responsibility for any travel or subsistence costs incurred during the 2 night stay.
Prize 2: ‘£50 lastminute.com voucher’
This prize is for the winner’s remaining 7 friends who were not randomly selected for Prize 1 above. There are 7 of these prizes to be given away per day. An e-voucher code will be provided and can be redeemed on the lastminute.com site. To redeem this voucher, enter the 16 digit voucher code at the point of checkout when purchasing your item.
6.2 All Prizes are to be claimed between 18th November 2011 and 15 December 2011 with dates and location subject to availability. Prizes must be redeemed between 18th November 2011 and 31st January 2012. The following dates are not available: 25th and 31st December 2011.
6.3 lastminute.com will contact the winners directly via the email address supplied as part of the Prize Draw. The lastminute.com’s VIP Customer Services team will liaise with each winner and help book their hotel stay.
6.4 The winner of each Prize will be notified by e-mail within 24 hours of each of the Prize Draw taking place. Winner’s have until the 15th of December to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to our VIP team within this time, then their prize will be forfeited.
6.5 lastminute.com will choose the winners in its sole discretion based on a prize drawing process.
7. Publicity and Identity of the Winners
7.1 Any entrant that wins a Prize may, at lastminute.com’s option, be required to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the Prize Draws. Entrants to the Prize Draws accept and agree that lastminute.com has the right, without any additional payment or permission, to use a winner’s entry and/or photograph/image (including entrant’s Facebook profile image) and any information provided by the winner in relation to the Prize Draw for the purposes of announcing the outcome of the Prize Draw or in relation to the Prize Draw. 8.3 Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. lastminute.com may substitute a Prize with a prize or prizes of a similar value at their discretion. No transfer or assignment of a Prize is permitted under any circumstances.
8.4 The Prizes have no cash or refund value except when redeemed in accordance with theses terms and Conditions. The Prizes cannot be returned for cash or its equivalent.
8.5 Entrants in the Prize Draw accept and agree the redemption of the prize 1 may also be subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel supplying the prize 1 to which they must comply.
8.6 Other than the discount available through the provision of the Prizes (description of Prize at clause 8), lastminute.com shall not be responsible for any other cost or any other related charge or expense incurred by a winner (or their companions where applicable) or any entrant in the Prize Draw.
8.7 Winners of the Prize Draw (and their companions) shall be responsible for obtaining insurance, valid passports and visas and, where necessary, for obtaining appropriate vaccinations and inoculations. It is strongly recommended that winners (and their companions) take out adequate travel and medical insurance.
8.8 Other than providing each individual Prize, lastminute.com shall not be responsible for any other cost or any other related charge or expense incurred by a winner (or their companions where applicable) or any entrant in a Prize Draw.
