This offer is headlined in the 15 November 2011 email but what it doesn't mention is that the participating BP garages are exclusively in the South East, the Midlands and Scotland only (apart from just one in Wales).
It's also just worth pointing out that these participating garages are listed rather unhelpfully on the BP website on a 5 page PDF in alphabetical order by garage regardless of location, so it's best to use the Find function at the top of the PDF to key in your town name in order to easily locate your nearest one.
