Just had my mobile bill in for the last month and saw that I had been charged for "Third Party Services". When I queried this my provider said that I had been charged for services provided by a company called MX Telecom and suggested that they may be ringtones/logos. I informed them that these services were not only unsolicited but also not received. As a goodwill gesture, my provider cancelled the charges and advised me to contact MX Telecom on 020 7675 8295. When I called MX Telecom today, they had a recorded announcement stating that services could be stopped by texting STOP to 87788. Strangely they also had another recording stating something about an error on a RND promotion...
I left my contact details on their answerphone and asked someone to call me back on Monday. Not very likely...
