My kids are messy things (teenagers) and cant/wont keep bedrooms clean and tidy so for Xmas they are all getting a "bedroom cleaning kit" hamper. So I need help on what to put in it. I am making 4!!
I have already bought for each of them:-
Pedal bin
duster
furniture polish
pedal bin liners
pop up laundry basket
flash wipes
But can you think of anything else?

How about the posh fluffy rubber gloves? even if its boys it could be a comedy item, you could even get some normal ones and do them up yourself to be fitting for your kids??back to comping after a 2 year break!! Mission… to win a gift for all my family for Christmas!0

No offence, but I'd be a bit gutted if I received that for Christmas! Would be on a par with my husband buying me something for the kitchen!0

Oh ok. In that case, the other day I saw Christmas Pudding printed binliners from shotdeadinthehead.com (don't let the name of the site put you off, they do fab TV, film and retro themed t shirts). I also got a little LCD cleaning kit from poundland the other day and it was brill, came with a tiny brush for getting in between the keyboard.0

How about a laminated list of daily chores for the room?
Storage boxes for nik naks to help them keep things in their place.0 -
Coat hangers! (you can pick up fairly nice ones from places like matalan!)
Tie hangers (can also be used for belts and scarves)
Plug adaptors (stops a pile of plugs left by the sockets)
Over the door hangers (perfect for dressing gowns and jackets)
Not actually things to help keep a room clean but if its less messy itll be easier to clean0 -
Air freshener (plug in or spray, the glade spiced apple is lush)
spare light bulbs?
small plastic tubs for things to sort out dressing table tops, make up brush holders, etc
or the drawer dividers you can get in ikea for socks n pants
shoe organiser
underbed storage tub
coasters
plug adaptors and hangers definitely good idea
I know some of those fit but just looking around my room lol0 -
Poundland usually have the 'posh' rubber gloves lol.

Great Idea!
I have 3 teenagers. In my experience include trainer freshners! Think you can get then in £1 shops. Also scented drawer liners- you get them in masculine smells too!
If you are happy to extend the "joke" theme- Paper overalls ( CSI style) paper masks ( used for DIY) and rubber gloves- for protection before you enter the room! You can get all these in £1shops.0
