Help With Parcel says signed but buyer saying not recieved!

A buyer states she hasnt recieved the package but RM website track and trace (I always send RD) says its been delivered.
Now Ive phoned them this am and the postcode is incorrect yet I sent to the PP and Ebay address where so I stand?
Buyer is wanting a refund?
This is what is ptting me off ebay more and more these days....

Tell them to start a claim with e.bay
Sounds like feedback extortion to me.

I won a Wii and game once. Parcelforce left it with a random neighbour who signed with a wiggle so no way to identify them, and they didn't leave me a card to explain where my Wii was....I never got it back. So your customer may not be lying.0
