Do we have one of these already? I think it is long overdue.

I sold a kiddies top. It is a mock layer top, there was 2 in a pack and I had sold one a few months back, everything was fine - I listed the other and I sold it.

I got a message yesterday to say 'had I washed it as it was stained in the wash'. I replied 'that it was washed and that I was sorry but if they returned it to me I'd give them a full refund'.

Today less than 20 hours after telling them I would refund them I got a message that said 'Its not worth a refund for 99 p but i will be leaving neg feed back for selling a item which doesnt match the listing.'.

I still have no idea what the stain is other than 'washing stains' What is a washing stain? I've now got a neg. When I emailed back to say 'I'd have refunded in full you but obviously I can't now as you've left the message I was told 'We have been ebaying for a long while and i know whats allowed and what isnt , as for sending it back , its not the money its more my time to do it.'

When I stopped laughing at the irony about rules I noticed there was a whopping 21 hours between the 1st message complaining and getting the neg. So, for this, I nominate them as my crap 'buyer of the week'.

I've just had a stroppy message from a Swedish buyer - where is my item? - he has been in Germany, and not at home for postal deliveries, for a week, and what am I going to do about it?

I got two negs from my buyer despite them not paying for there items !! then i had to file a NPB and reported negs to e-bay - response i cant get negs removed when a NPB is actioned, after i was able to close the NPB as no payment still received i was then able to apply to e-bay to get negs removed !!
