Faulty Phone ~ advice please

Hi there I bought a phone from Hong Kong on eBay in early September and paid by Pay Pal, it arrived and worked fine so I left nice feedback.
After 3 weeks the phone totally packed in, I had to send it back on Oct 9th at the cost to me of £9.81.
The have advised today that it has just been received and they need 20 working days to replace a faulty part.
Can I demand a refund now, surely two months and £9.81 expense is not reasonable.
Thanks

It depends if you have returned it and it got a signature, if it did then you could raise a PayPal SNAD dispute, if not then there isn't a lot you can do about it0

significantly not as described... But if you don't have online proof of them receiving the item back
then they can say they are still waiting for it.
Even if you say you have a message saying they got it back they could say they mixed yours up with someone else.
Not received yours.
Sadly thats the risk from buying from china. Sometimes the quality sucks. You should only buy stuff your happy
to throw away. Not waste money sending it back.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
You're outside the 45 days to claim SNAD now.0
