F1 Facebook game Terms and Conditions

1. The F1 game is open to Facebook members from Nov 1st – Nov 8th. The competition allows participants to submit their details and enter the draw.
2. Entry to the competition is made via the Facebook website. When registering, you will be asked:
2.1. to irrevocably agree to these Terms and Conditions;
2.2. to provide your name, location, age, gender, mobile phone number and email address.
3. You certify that you are a UAE resident.
4. Winners will be selected based on a random draw taking place on Nov 8th. Prizes are as follows:
4.1. First prize winner will get the chance to meet with Sebastian Vettel on November 10th as well as 2 Grand Stand tickets to watch the Abu Dhabi F1 Grand Prix live
4.2. 2nd category winners (winners #2, 3, 4, 5, 6) will win 6 tickets each to the after race F1 concerts
5. Winners will be announced on November 8th
6. Winners must collect their prizes from the du shop At Al Salam Tower from 9th – 12th November
7. No cash alternatives are available and prizes are non-transferrable. We shall not be responsible for the inability of the winner to claim or redeem the prize. Decisions as to the winners will be made by du and will be final with no correspondence being entered into. The winners will need to provide proof of their identity.
8. du reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel the terms of the competition or these terms at any time.
9. du exclude, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, all liability for any claims, losses, demands and damages arising directly or indirectly out of or in any way connected with
9.1. the use of the Facebook website;
9.2. entry into the competition; and
9.3. the winners safety, losses or damages whilst travelling, attending the race and concerts or after the race and concerts.
du shall also not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by people taking part in the Game.
10. du cannot guarantee that the Facebook website will always be fully operational or error free and we do not accept responsibility for any defects that may exist, or for any costs or losses arising from your use of, or inability to access, the Facebook website.
11. du employees and their families cannot enter into the Promotion.
12. By participating in the competition, the winners agree that any of their data, including names, surnames, photos and video images, can be used by du for advertising purposes with no prior consent of the winner and free of charge. The name and initials, or name of the organization, of the winners may be announced by newspaper ads or via SMS to all the participants included in the record.
