Hello!
i've just bought a dell c521, got it a few weeks ago on special - I thought to upgrade the processor to AMD 64 at the time of purchase but stupidly didn't upgrade the memory and it's only got 256mb ram. Consequently (I think), I've set it all up for the first time this morning and its really really slow.
I've installed office then set about un installing all the wanadoo, tiscalli, mcafee stuff that's pre-installed but even doing that it's taking ages so god knows how slow it would be actually doing any uni work!
So, what I need to know is where is the best/cheapest place to buy some memory and the best memory to get?
Many thanks in advance,
Angel x

I went for a 1gig upgrade - hopefully my system will run a lot faster when it's installed?!0
