so now ill have to open another resolve thing in a few days time

BUT what really grips my sh*t is they both have forgien names, one had 0 feedback and the other 8 and its really f****d me off

I can't leave negative feedback, or nothing, they mess me around and get away with it, half tempted to pay the address's and give them a piece of my mind

List as a buy it now with immediate payment. If you auction, you run the risk of npb. All you can do is file the npb on day 4 and close it 4 days after, block them and move on.

Set your buyer's requirements to buyers with more than 10 feedback
You cant exclude people by nimber of FB you can only exclude people with a certain amount of NPB strikes. Have also reported your post for naming and shaming

OP why did you wait 2 weeks before opening a dispute you can do this after 4 days

OP,its a drawback of ebay unfortunately. Set your selling prefs to exclude NPBs but ultimately if people dont pay then use the NPB process to get your fees back and try again. Annoying I know.
