Went to the bank on Saturday and have the mortgage is about to be sent to under writer. just need to bring proof of address via drivers license)
I am due to meet the lawyers tomorrow. and thanks for the advice about seeing the solicitor.
it is a recommendation through a cousin, do you think that i could get a discount this way as there is no agent to get a cut?0 -
I just wanted some of your thoughts.
I have decided to pull out from the transaction because i am worried that the sub station that is at the end of the garden may put off potential buyers in the future (like it is for me) and i feel that the price i am buying it for does not even reflect this concern.
Do you think that having a power substation (size of garage) will affect a) health and b) sale price in the future..
I am planning to rent out the property once i have found tenants and live in the property in the mean time. I am in the process of looking at other one:
