best chance of getting a credit card

i will have paid all of my debts off in the next month and was to start building my credit rating by using a credit card and paying off each month. i have a pretty poor rating at the moment but wouldnt mind going for a high interest card as it would be paid off each month anyway. im self employed but religiously deposit £250 into my bank each week.
any advice would be great.
