hi my oh went bankrupct last year and has been discharged i know need to go bankrupct to my question is as i dont work i only get tax credits and child benefits what pays my dmp at the monent will they take my husbands wages into acount when it comes to iv payments or will it just be worked out my benefits money like my dmp is thanks

Your husbands wages wont be taken into account. You will just be expected to show him contributing to the household bills in your income and expenditure.10 1p's are better than no 10p's !!! :think:

On your I&E you should put something down as your expenses, perhaps 1/2 or as nmear as to 1/2 as you can get. They wont touch your benefits though, they cany I believe.0
