Hi all, i have just got one of my statements back showing 15 charges of £12 for late payments in 2009. I still have this account which i am now on a repayment plan for so i am sure there are many more charges in 2010/2011.
Before i contact them for more information is it worth trying to claim back charges of £12 as i know this is the amount that was agreed as ok.
The account is with MBNA if that makes any difference.
Thanks in advance for any info

The FOS accept that £12 is acceptable (£16 for Egg). So that route is a no goer nowadays. Some have said they have still had some success going down the court action route.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
