NHS Car Leasing Scheme and tax credits

Hi I wonder if anyone has had any experience of the NHS Car leasing scheme on salary sacrifice please and how it actually affects tax credits (reduction etc...). It is classed as a Benefit in Kind
My Trust has an offer of £299 per month for a car. I currently receive £220 per week tax credits towards childcare.
Thought I'd post on here and see if anyone can give me some advice please.
