Ive been dismissed for lack of trust and confidence. I placed an order for a colleague and a manager in works time, as I breached company procedure they sacked me. What benefits can I claim.

You can claim JSA and if you have sufficient NI contributions it will be contribution based, otherwise income related. However they will ask why your last job ended and will then contact your ex employer for confirmation. A decision will then be made if a sanction will be put which can be up to 26 weeks but you will receive it while a decision is made.
