I just re-entered using a different browser and different details (ie. unregistered user). There is definitely no T&C box to tick and it accepted the entry no problem. Clearing cookies may help.0

I found that if I don't tick the prefer not to receive emails box it won't go through (tells me to tick the T&C box) but if I do tick it to prefer not to receive stuff, it goes through
