My BA Miles AMEX has arrived (I've found out why there was a delay on my approval, long story linked to my address not showing up in every post-code database)

Anyway, I'm all logged in, registered, direct debit for full ammount due every month set up

I just can't work out how to log into BA for the BA Miles part - do I get some log-in details posted to me?

or am I missing something obvious and being a little bit stupid?
