sick pay help

i got 32.00 week sick pay and currently work well over 40 hours a week is this wrong? i was looking on direct gov and it says atleast £81.00 per week

    how long have you been off? SSP doesn't kick in for the first 3 days

    It sounds to me as if you are only getting statutory sick pay which is about £81 gross for a full week, but the first three qualifying days are not paid unless you have already served them in the previous eight weeks, which would make it about £32 gross for the first week if it had five qualifying days.
