Help turning down a private bid

What's the best way to do this without losing a potential bidder?

    Do you mean someone with private feedback?

    There's no way to remove a bid without losing a bidder. (Assuming you block them)
    My TV is broken! :cry:
    Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j
