1 week luxury holiday for 4 £49 pp inc flights

Has anyone ever heard of a company called Oasis Marketing, they have offered me a luxury Holiday for 4 inc accomodation and flights to Canary islands ,spain, portugal, cyprus, turkey, italy or malta for £49 pp they say the holiday is free the £49 is a admin charge and the holiday will be booked though a ABTA registered travel operator. All i have to do to receive this Holiday is attend a 150min presentation in Exeter. They say they are not a timeshare company. My question is has anyone ever dealt with this company as it all sounds to good to be true however the paperwork seems all above board, i am attending the presentation next week so will let you know if this is a bargin or just a timeshare con. However if anyone has had any bad dealing with Oasis please let me know.
Thanks

If it sounds too good to be true - it usually is!
  • Sorry bud,

Do yourself a big favour and throw the lot in the bin!!

Tell me, would you pay for four people at this price just to attend a meeting? They are selling without doubt and it will be either timeshare with a different name or property investing abroad.

You will wish you had never gone and even if you go on the trip they will be with you 24/7 watching your every move and putting you under pressure.

You know it stinks or you would not post it so follow your gut instinct and forget about it.

Odds are that you will get a hard sell and no cheap holiday. Avoid !

In my opinion, the fact you have to go to a presentation would tell me its a timeshare thing.Unless travel agents make you sit a wee test before you go on holiday :rotfl:

After all the watch dog stuff and all the reports in the paper on companies like this you would have thought everyone knew by now that these are a hard sell timeshare, dont touch it with a barge pole affair! Obviously not!!!!!!

  • Racman, did you ever go to the presentation and get the holiday? I also have an invitation with the promise of a £49 dream holiday. Like the other replies I'm very sceptical about the whole thing.
