2 for 1 Holiday Inn

Hi, long time lurker just registered to see if someone can help with a query. I was looking for a cheap hotel deal in London and found a link on a post for a 2 for 1 rate at the Holiday Inn. I tried it out and it gave us a decent rate for a 2 night stay. I'd like to book but I wanted to find out more about the rate - am I allowed to use the 2 for 1 rate? I don't want to turn up and they tell me I'm not entitled to it and have to pay twice the price. Can anyone help me out with information on this rate and whether just anyone can use it? Thanks
