My Bank have not responded to first letter

Hi everyone

I'm new here - I have been visiting for a few weeks now but only just registered. I apologise for my first post being one that will go on to ask for help, however, upon reading some of the topics for reclaiming bank charges, I decided to give it a go. I offered them 14 days to respond, it has now been roughly 3 weeks since I sent out my letter. I wondered if anyone had the same thing happen to them and what they did to follow it up.

which letter did you send? was it the prelim letter? If so your next step is the letter before action giving them another 14 days before taking it to court.

Hey guys sorry this took me a while. Since I posted this, the bank have sent me a letter back saying sorry I felt the need to complain and they are looking into it..
