does anyone know whether I would be able to transfer daughters debt to a new 0% deal in my name, she has a different address.

Normally it makes no difference, my wife and I have transferred loads of times between our cards.....the only exception was a shonky Post Office card that allowed it, but only by depositing the money in the bank first.

Generally yes, as long as the cards aren't part of the same stable.

Easiest way is usually online where they tend not to ask the name. But if they do ask, don't lie about it.
