6. Hotel accommodation will be provided for two people for two nights in a twin or double room at the Hotel de la Ville, inclusive of breakfast and all taxes. Economy class flights are included. Usual booking terms and conditions apply. Prize also includes complimentary entrance tickets to see Leonardo’s Last Supper
7. Any incidental expenses incurred at the hotel (meals other than breakfast, mini-bar, laundry, spa, phone calls, internet access etc) will be the responsibility of the Prize Winner and their companion Both the Prize Winner and their companion must travel at the same time
8. The prize is subject to availability and cannot be taken during bank holiday periods or Milan trade fairs. (please check trade fair dates upon booking as these change each year).
9. Trip must be taken between 16 January-30 June 2012
10. Prize must be booked at least one month in advance of travel dates
11. Validity of the prize cannot be extended
12. Prize Winner and companion are liable for any tax liability accruing as a result of winning this competition
13. The Prize Winner will be responsible for supplying valid passports and visas. It is strongly recommended that travellers take out adequate travel insurance
14. The Promoter and Prize Provider cannot be responsible for unforeseen cancellations of flights or hotel bookings
